Attention residents
Town Council approved the 2026 Municipal Budget on February 2, 2026.
The approved budget includes a 4.90% tax increase, which represents an average increase of approximately $78 for residential property owners.
In addition, water and sewer rates will each increase by 5.50%, representing an average increase of about $75 per household.
These adjustments support the Town’s commitment to maintaining essential services, infrastructure renewal, and long-term financial stability.
