The Town of Smooth Rock Falls is providing notice of a **Public Meeting** regarding an application for a **Zoning By-law Amendment** under Section 34 of the Planning Act.

**Subject Properties:** 336, 339, 340, 344, 345, 350 and 356 Catharine Street

The applicant is requesting an amendment to Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 2016-04 to rezone the subject lands from **Residential First Density (R1)** to **Residential Third Density (R3)** to permit the development of a **20-unit seniors’ rowhouse development**.

The application also requests a special exception to certain provisions of Zoning By-law No. 2016-04.

Residents are encouraged to attend the Public Meeting to learn more about the proposal and provide comments.
