⚠️ Significant Weather Event Lifted April 7, 2026
The Town of Smooth Rock Falls has lifted the Significant Weather Event declared on April 2, 2026.
Please be advised that sidewalk snow clearing has been delayed due to mechanical issues with equipment and ongoing priority snow removal efforts elsewhere in the community. Sidewalk maintenance will resume as soon as possible.
Residents are reminded to use caution when travelling, and pedestrians are encouraged to remain alert and use extra care in areas where sidewalks may not yet be cleared. Motorists are also asked to drive with caution and be mindful of pedestrians.
The Town thanks residents for their patience and cooperation.
