Seeking Development Partners to Help Build Affordable Senior Housing in Smooth Rock Falls
The Town of Smooth Rock Falls is pleased to announce the release of a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) for the Development of Affordable Senior Housing within the municipality.
We are seeking submissions from qualified private sector and non-profit organizations who are interested in partnering with the Town to address the growing need for senior housing in our community. The Town welcomes a range of development proposals—from shovel-ready projects to conceptual plans—that support our goal of creating accessible, affordable, and sustainable housing for seniors.
RFEI Release Date: May 27, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. (EST)
Closing Date: July 16, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. (EST)
This initiative represents an important step in our ongoing efforts to support aging in place and ensure our senior residents have safe, suitable housing options within Smooth Rock Falls.
