The Town of Smooth Rock Falls is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of a resident communication and emergency notification platform. The goal is to enhance the Town’s ability to communicate important municipal updates, emergency alerts, service disruptions, and other public information through a flexible, user-friendly platform. The system must be capable of sending notifications via SMS (text message), automated voice calls, and email, and should offer potential for expanded services such as app-based notifications, two-way messaging, integration with municipal websites or CRMs, multilingual support, and real-time reporting.

Upon successful submission, Proponents will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt of their Proposal.  If a confirmation email is not received, Proponents must contact the Economic Development Officer at 705-338-2717, poste 8 or via email at shannon.piper@townsrf.ca  before the submission deadline.

The Town assumes no responsibility for submission failures or technical issues encountered by Proponents.  It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to ensure that their Proposal is received by the Town prior to the submission deadline.  Late proposals will not be accepted.
