Stay Notified

The Town of Smooth Rock Falls has implemented an emergency notification system where urgent messages can be sent directly from the Town to residents through email, text messaging, and pre-recorded telephone call messages.

Using the signup residents can add their telephone numbers and email address to our automated contact list. Residents can choose which language they wish to receive messages in, and can also opt-in to receive non-emergency messages from the Town.

Emergency examples:

• Boil water advisories
• Evacuation notices
• Burning restrictions
• Sudden garbage pickup changes
• Prolonged power outages
• Other urgent matters

Non-emergency examples:

• Major community events and announcements
