The Town of Smooth Rock Falls is pleased to advise residents of the launch of ICity Online, providing residents the convenience of managing your accounts online and at any time.

What is ICity Online portal?

By registering for an account, you can access your property tax and water & sewer accounts balance, receive bills by email and access them online, and make payments online.

We are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal financial information. This is a secure site.
To link and register your account visit: https://billing.smoothrockfalls.ca/LInk-Register. Upon successful login, you will be given access to the Online Services applicable to your account.

How to register for your ICity Online Account for your water & sewer

1. Have the copy of your bill ready and mobile device to access the ICity online website
2. Go to the ICity Online website at: https://billing.smoothrockfalls.ca/
3. Click the button “here” at the phrase to link and register your account click here
4. A new page asking “What type of Account are you trying to add” will load and select UB – Utility Billing
5. Enter your account number located on your bill
   1. It should look like: 000 000000 000
6. Then enter your Pin/Access code, 5 digits code
   1. You can also call the town hall to be given your pin/access code
7. Select if you wish to receive email notification that your bill is ready
8. Select if you want a pdf copy of your bill by email
9. Enter the email address
   1. This will be used for your username and all notifications will be sent to that email as well
10. Once you have entered your email address, click send verification code
11. Enter the verification code you received by email on the website
12. Click save
13. Then you will be able to log in
14. This will only add your water & sewer account, you can add your property tax bill once you receive your paper copy by mail or call the town hall to receive your Pin/Access code. The Pin/Access code will be different from your water & sewer account

How to navigate ICity Online

1. Once you have logged in, you can select the quick links on the right-hand side to view your property taxes or water & sewer (make sure you have linked both accounts to be able to view them)
2. Or you can select online services to view your property taxes or water & sewer account as well
3. Selecting utility billing will give you your account information for your water & sewer bill
4. This will give you your account information and current balance
5. To view your bill, select billing summary and then select view in the column of view bill
6. To view your payments, select transactions and your account history will show up to the date of purchase of the property
7. To make a payment online, select pay online tab. Please note that there is a fee per transaction of 2.5%. follow the steps as indicated to enter your payment amount and payment information
   1. You do have the option to submit the payments online through ICity online, through your online banking or at your local bank or in person at Town Hall
8. To manage your account, select your username on the top right of the page
9. To add an account, go under account management, and select account type under “need to add an account”
   1. Select property tax, enter your roll number and pin access code and other info to link the property taxes to your existing account
